You’ll submit a high-quality photo (we’ll guide you!), and Terry will analyze it using professional draping techniques and tools. You’ll receive a detailed eBook and custom palette that show how different colors look on you, along with style recommendations tailored to your tones.

Photo Submission Guidelines

To help us provide the most accurate analysis, please follow these steps when taking and sending your photos:

Tell us about your features:
Describe your hair and eye color in your own words. Let us know if your hair is colored or naturally this shade in the photos.

Wear white if possible:
A plain white shirt helps us see your coloring more clearly. Make sure it is pure white - not ivory or off white.

Use a true white reference:
No white shirt? A white sheet of copy paper will work, just don't cover your neck.

Headshot requirements:
Take a photo that includes your full head, neck, and shoulders. A soft, closed-mouth smile is perfect—no frowns, please! 😊

Eye close-up: Send a close-up of one of your eyes. We want to see all the colors!

Lighting matters:

Best Option: Take your photos outside during overcast weather or during the "photo standard golden hour", which is about 30–60 minutes after sunrise and 30–60 minutes before sunset.

Good Option: Indoors facing a north-facing window with natural light. Be sure to turn off all indoor lights.

Avoid: Indoor lighting, cars, direct sunlight, strong shadows, or mixed lighting.
